Mr. Anderson brings more than 30 years of executive and technical leadership to Erudite. His recent experience includes service as co-founder & CEO of StrongWatch Sensors, a profitable homeland security venture in Tucson Arizona. Prior to StrongWatch, he served as turnaround COO / CFO for Avisere, a video analytics security venture recently sold to SAAB Technology Ventures. Prior to Avisere, he co-founded and served as Chairman & CTO for VSI Wireless, a global asset tracking venture currently trading as Secure Asset Reporting Services (OTCBB: SARO). He co-founded and served as COO for OrderVelocity, a profitable B2B e-procurement venture in Everett Washington, and as CEO for PowerNet Software, an expert-systems software venture bringing substantial energy savings to Class A office buildings. He served as CIO for Auto Warehousing, a logistics venture handling nearly 17% of the new vehicles sold in the USA. Prior to his new ventures work, he served as a turnaround executive for several Fortune-100 companies. In addition to his role at Erudite, he serves as a Director for Silverstone Pharmaceuticals, Energy Recovery Group and StrongWatch Sensors. He began his career as an officer in "Rickover's Nuclear Navy". He earned an MBA from the University of Kentucky and a BS in Physics from Ohio University. He is a member of the IEEE, Sigma Pi Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.
Mr. Mooney is an executive with more than 30 years experience developing and implementing revenue-enhancing logistics for time-sensitive cargo. Mr. Mooney is the President and Founder of Logistics Consultants, a boutique logistics and international security firm specializing in all modes of transportation. A respected authority in developing multi-modal distribution networks, his recent professional accomplishments include serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Allied Port Transports, a provider of drayage and Over-the-Road Transportation Services, and the Chief Executive Officer of iLINK Technology, a provider of GPS tracking and tracing for Over-the-Road, intermodal and maritime transportation services.
From 1988-1999, Mr. Mooney was the Vice President of Rail and National Accounts for RR Donnelly and Sons, the world’s largest publication, catalog and commercial printer. In this role, he managed a personal, annual sales portfolio of more than $7 million, and developed a high profile client pool that included Waste Management, The Dial Corporation, Cascade Engineering, and Domino Sugar.
Mr. Mooney has served on the boards of several companies, including APT, OceanPC, iLINK Auto Trans, Aller Eze, and the Republic of Health, and he is credited with developing and launching two airlines and one ocean carrier. A licensed commercial pilot in fixed and rotary wing, Mr. Mooney is an active volunteer for Angel Flight, a nonprofit organization that provides free air transportation for needy patients and health care organizations.
Mr. Schmidtke joined the Erudite, Inc. team in November 2006 to serve as its contracted Chief Financial Officer. A founder of Schmidtke, Bacon LLP, Mr Schmidtke is well known and highly regarded in financial circles, and he has been practicing public accounting for nearly 25 years. His client list includes a full spectrum of corporate entities and individuals of high net worth, and he possesses a strong track record developing emerging companies.
